By accessing or using arbiscreen.com or app.arbiscreen.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What ArbiScreen Is

ArbiScreen is an informational tool that aggregates cryptocurrency prices across multiple exchanges, displays arbitrage spreads and funding rates, and estimates net profit after fees. All data and calculations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not execute trades, hold cryptocurrency or fiat, or access your exchange accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@arbiscreen.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

• ArbiScreen offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Premium). Features of each plan are described on our Pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change, and we will give reasonable notice before any change affects your renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or feeds without written permission;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others;
• Share, transfer, or resell your account access.

7. Data Accuracy

Cryptocurrency markets move fast. Prices, spreads, funding rates, and profit estimates may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to exchange APIs, network conditions, or fee changes. ArbiScreen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Always confirm figures on the exchange before acting.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by ArbiScreen and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service references and links to third-party exchanges and tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, fees, or actions. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArbiScreen and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ArbiScreen harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
